When I copy my note from Joy Notes to a different system, is the text saved locally on the computer?
Whatever you copy-paste is temporarily stored in the clipboard of your device (until you copy something else). It's not permanently stored on your computer by default.
For extra precaution we recommend that you use a personal computer, rather than a public or shared computer. That way you know that nobody else could access what's on the clipboard and you have full control of what is running on your computer (as there are of course softwares one could install to track or record all your screen activity, not just the clipboard).
