What happens if I click on “Request Improvement”?
If something strange has happened and the transcribed text doesn't look like it usually does (e.g. formatting issues, quality issues etc), you can send it in to have it re-transcribed by pressing "Request Improvement". We will return the edited note to you in maximum 24h during office hours (usually within a couple of hours). You find this in the ‘more actions’ menu (three dots) in the note view.
