The stop button doesn't work, I can't save my note!
Did you finish recording your note but the 'stop'-button doesn't work? Stuck in a loop and not able to save the recording? This can happen on some devices, in particular iPhones, when Joy Notes is interrupted. We apologise if this has happened to you. It's something we are working to resolve, but in the meantime here are some tips to avoid this:
Make sure the screen auto-lock doesn't kick in mid recording if you make a longer recording. You can extend the timer of the screen lock or turn it off on your phone to prevent this from happening. (Iphone: Settings > Display & Brightness > Auto-Lock > Choose Never or the timer you would like)
Avoid open up other apps on the phone whilst you record.
