Can I use 2-factor authentication?

Yes, if you would like to add an extra layer of security to your account we recommend that you switch on multi-factor authentication (also called 2-factor authentication/ 2FA). With multi-factor authentication on, you will be asked to enter a verification code sent to your phone number when logging into Joy Notes.

This is how you switch it on: Click the menu in the top left corner (three lines like a hamburger) > Click on 'My account' > Scroll down to 'Security' and press the 'Enable multi-factor authentication' > enter your phone number and press the 'Send Verification Code' button.
